Most people with a life limiting illness want to stay living in their own homes and our Hospice Community Care team are here to help you do that.
Our team are specialists in Palliative Care. They work with your GP and other healthcare professionals to help you manage your symptoms and enjoy the best possible quality of life. We offer different levels of care, depending on your needs. You may be living in your own home, in a residential aged-care facility, or in a private hospital.
Hospice Community Care - Hamilton
Hospice Community Care is our home visiting service which is offered within Hamilton City, Ngaruawahia and Cambridge by our specialist palliative care team, in collaboration with you, your family, your GP and other health providers.
Hospice Community Care - Rural
Hospice Community Care is provided in rural Waikato areas (outside of the Cambridge, Hamilton, Ngaruawahia areas) by our Rural Nursing Team.
