Volunteers are at the heart of Hospice – without our volunteers, we simply could not provide the same level of care to our community.
Volunteer positions at Hospice Waikato cover a wide range of skill sets and there are many opportunities for you to be involved. Whether you want to get involved weekly, monthly or occasionally, there’ll be a volunteer opportunity for you. If you are thinking about volunteering - we can help!
Volunteers help with anything from administration tasks, in our Hospice shops, to fundraising events in the wider community. Some volunteers support the work of our charity on a regular basis, while others support our events and fundraising activities throughout the year. We value our volunteers, and support them with training for the areas in which they choose to work.
