Our Massage therapists are qualified and able to provide a free massage service to Patients and carers. Massage is provided from our massage room at Cobham Drive or in our Inpatient Unit.
• Volunteers are able to provide a relaxation massage for carers and gentle or pain relief massage for our patients.
• Volunteers would normally undertake one shift per week, 3.5 hours any week day either morning or afternoon.
• Volunteers must attend a two day orientation to gain the knowledge you will need to work with terminally ill patients.
